The Aberdeen Property Owners Association (POA) is the Master property management organization consisting of representatives from the 25 Aberdeen residential villages and the Aberdeen Golf and County Club .

The Aberdeen POA is responsible for the management of the common area property and residential property services. The POA represents 1,400 acres of property including 2,407 homes and recreational facilities.

Welcome to the Aberdeen Property Owners Association Web Site. Our goal is to provide current, readily available information of interest to all the residents of the Aberdeen residential communities. Your suggestions for improvements and additions to our Web Site are welcome.

This website gives every Aberdeen resident access to the POA documents, updated and current information about all happenings, and access to all POA policies and forms necessary for daily administration e.g. ARB forms, hurricane and shutter policy etc. This website also shows the channels available through our Comcast contract.

Under the GENERAL TAB of this WEB site, are important updates concerning the LEGAL STATUS of POA related matters.

The minutes of all meetings may be viewed and a listing of all committees is additionally provided.

The POA meets on the first Thursday of every month (except July and August) at the Aberdeen East clubhouse.  The meetings start promptly at 9:00 am and all residents are welcome and, indeed, encouraged to attend.

The new COMCAST Cable lineup for Aberdeen has been added to the Cable Section under the General tab for information.
