The Aberdeen Property Owners Association (POA) is the Master property management organization consisting of representatives from the 25 Aberdeen residential villages and the Aberdeen Golf and County Club .

The Aberdeen POA is responsible for the management of the common area property and residential property services. The POA represents 1,400 acres of property including 2,407 homes and recreational facilities.

POA Responsibilities include:

  • Common Area Landscaping (other than HOA's or Club)
    • Swales & Medians
  • Pump and Irrigation

  • Cable Television (Comcast)
  • Community Emergency Response Team (C.E.R.T.)

  • Water and Lake Management
    • Drainage (e.g. hurricane and flood)
    • Healthy Lakes (e.g. hydrilla, ellgrass)
    • Reclaimed Water
    • Lake Erosion
  • Lift Stations (Sewage Removal)
  • Security
